Additional Trash Pickup: We ensure all trash is removed before each guest's arrival. If any extra trash pickup is requested during the stay, a $75 fee will apply. Additional Pool/Hot Tub Cleaning: The pool and hot tub are cleaned before your arrival. If additional cleanings are needed during your stay, we’ll coordinate with our cleaning team to schedule the service. $125 fee will apply for each additional cleaning. Pets: We are a pet-friendly property for a small fee of $250 per stay. You may bring up to 4 pets. Additional pets beyond 4, must be pre-approved by host. The guests are required to disclose the breed of the pet and the weight, for pre-approval. If you do not include pets in your reservation and were found to bring them in, then you will be charged at least $250 per pet and you will be asked to leave the property. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Any damage to the furniture or excess cleaning due to pets will be subject to a minimum of $500 charge plus damages and cleaning fee. Events: Any events must be disclosed to the host and the reservation must be made ONLY after pre-approval from the host. Unauthorized events are subject to at least $1000 fee plus any damage to the property. Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or using any drugs inside the rental is strictly prohibited. A $1000 fee, along with added cleaning costs and any related damages, will be charged for violations. Children & Safety: This is a children-friendly property but the children must be supervised at all times. at the property. I have been coming to this areas since 2008, Been using elk spring resort all my life this time I thought to give a try to Airbnb and found this cabin. We stayed here for a family reunion and had an amazing time! The property is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by peaceful wilderness-perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. There was plenty of room for our large family and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals together. The game room, huge BBQ pavilion and the pool was a big hit with both kids and adults, adding the fun and bonding. Its a great place to enjoy nature, unwind, and spend quality time. However, the only downside was the mattresses in all the rooms. They were quite saggy and uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. We hope the host consider upgrading them as everything else about the home was truly wonderful. Overall , a beautiful and amazing house with plenty of space and great amenities for a memorable family getaway.

We stayed at this cabin with a big group, and it was amazing. Super spacious — 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, so everyone had their own space. The kids spent hours in the indoor pool, and the adults loved relaxing in the hot tub. There’s seriously everything you could think of — from a big kitchen to a game room where we had so much fun. The location is also great — pretty close to all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains. The host was super friendly and responsive — always quick to reply and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

The house was perfect for our large family getaway, offering large comfortable rooms and plenty of space for dining. The house was well stocked. The pool and game rooms kept the family occupied. Shra was quick to respond to any inquiry and provided clear easy instructions for checking in and checking out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely amazing! The checkin process was very simple. The peaceful setting, the hot tub and the deck views were a highlight. We felt right at home and everything we needed was provided. The gazebo was a good place to socialize and had ample space for all guests. This place is less than 20 minutes drive to most attractions. The host went above and beyond, checking in regularly to make sure our stay was going well. I would give this property 10 stars if I could. We are definitely coming back soon!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Smokey Mountains retreat, perfect for our group of adults, kids, and a toddler. It was also a huge plus that the property is pet-friendly, so we didn’t have to leave our pet behind. The home was spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with family-friendly amenities like crib and kids games in the game room. The hot tub was a relaxing highlight for the adults, and the pool kept the kids and adults entertained for hours. We loved cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoying the stunning mountain views. The location was very peaceful and also close to many attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The outdoor Pavilion was a huge plus and easily accomodated our group for spending relaxing time outdoors. We highly recommend this place especially for celebrating special events like anniversary or birthdays with family or friends.

This place was perfect for our group trip to Sevierville! Tons of space with 8 bedrooms, so everyone had room to spread out and relax. We spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub, and game room — so much fun without even having to leave the house. Everything was super clean and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and address minor issues. I would definitely recommend for a fun, laid-back getaway with friends or family!

This was hands down the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! It blew past our expectations and was perfect for both adults and kids. Spotless, super cozy, and even better than the listing! The cabin is tucked away in the mountains for peace and quiet, but just a quick drive to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and tons of shops and restaurants—total sweet spot between secluded and convenient. The house is huge and perfectly laid out. Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own private bathroom (major win!). The indoor pool was a hit with everyone, and the game room kept us entertained for hours. Morning coffee on the balcony with those mountain views? Unbeatable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the comfy living room was perfect for winding down. There was truly something for everyone—from toddlers to adults. This trip was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back!
